It is a small and intelligent mobile station developed that integrates intelligent instruments, mechanical actions, automatic control systems, and test materials. It can automatically complete loading and unloading,realize rapid automatic spraying, greatly improve the reproducibility and efficiency of film making, and obtain a uniform film with physical, appearance,and chemical properties of the film. lt eliminates various instabilities caused by human factors such as speed, pressure and direction in the film making process,and provides a high-precision test template for testing the rheological properties,abrasion resistance, and hiding power of raw materials.
