BEVS 3230 Intelligent Coating Formulation Station is an intelligent small mobile station developed that integrates intelligent instruments, manipulators, mechanical actions and automatic control systems.
The station can automatically distribute materials according to requirements,automatically control the accuracy of material distribution online, online mixing, online PH adjustment, and online viscosity automatic control. The formula preparation is completed automatically without manual intervention.The formula can also be prepared multiple times by setting the formula change amount. The back-end can be linked to the BEVS 3226 or the BEVS 3228 to realize the automatic film application.
